It is so exciting for us to see our produce transformed from an ingredient into a delicious meal by the talented chefs and food entrepreneurs in the Iowa City area. If you are a chef looking to use more fresh, high-quality, local produce, please reach out!
Our availability changes weekly based on the weather and field conditions. We send out a weekly list of availability every Sunday. We will work together to find a delivery day/time that works for both of us.

Winter 2023-2024
We love working with passionate chefs who are searching for ingredients that may be hard to find. Often, chefs introduce us to produce we are unfamiliar with. It’s so exciting to grow something new that is trickier to find in the store.
We do all of our crop planning in the winter, and we’d love to hear from you about specialty items you’d like to have available for the next season or items you know you’ll need a lot of throughout the season.
